The core of the PeakTrack system is its advanced Control and Analysis
Software which controls the Data Capture Hardware to maintain the highest
quality of data capture, and provides you with a highly user-friendly
interface with which to analyse your chromatography data. After capturing
the data from your lab instruments PeakTrack can automatically find
and label the peaks in the recorded chromatograms, and can even compute
absolute concentrations of each analyte.
In addition to its automatic analysis facilities, PeakTrack also allows
you to manually process the data, to ensure that you get the exact analysis
that you want.
Flexible
Notes
To ensure that all the relevant information is recorded each chromatogram
contains a separate notes section in which you can write any comments
or ancillary notes that you like. These notes can be included in your
reports automatically if you like.
For additional convenience, you can copy and paste information from
other programs into the Notes panel, using the standard MS Windows copy
& paste facilities.
The Notes panel offers you a practically unlimited space for any notes
you like - we've stress tested this with several 20 page journal papers:
ample for even the most exhaustive documentation.
Comparing multiple chromatograms
PeakTrack offers a facility for easily comparing multiple chromatograms
by superimposing them on a single view:
In addition to allowing a user defined colour coding, you can even
reposition chromatograms on the axis to account for differences in start
time.
